Amy Queen was not just a real estate agent but she also became a trusted adviser during the process of preparing my house for the market and during the transaction process. She always had my best interest at heart and worked tirelessly to ensure that the house was in the best condition possible when placed on the market. Amy has a talent for design and knew just what to do, to make the house "pop." It was a valuable learning experience for me that led to an incredibly successful sale. Amy priced the house correctly, it sold quickly and effortlessly under her guided experience with multiple offers. I highly recommend Amy Queen and know that you too will have a similar experience whether selling or buying a home while working with her. Amy, you are a great agent!

Agent Amy Queen's diligence, quick action [ours was the first of four offers], and perseverance--despite obstacles thrown up by lender--enabled us to purchase the house.

Amy was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. We were hunting for our first home and were intimidated by some of the realtors that we met. Amy approaches her job without pretension and with the spirit of fun and excitement that a first home buy is all about. Of course she was professional and well-informed, and she knew the neighborhood listings very well, but her sense of humor and honest interest in helping us find the perfect first house for our needs was what impressed us most. What's more, we got a great house at the right price. Thanks Amy!

I have purchased and/or sold 5 homes with Amy Queen over the past 7 years. I love working with Amy because she knows what needs to be done to sell a house. It's like getting a stager, designer and real estate agent all in one. Please feel free to contact me (idlewilde35@yahoo.com).

Amy Queen rocks!
Amy was our real estate agent. Real estate agent mom is a more accurate description. She held our hands through the entire ridiculously stressful buying-a-home-from-out-of-state experience. We had only one week to shop for homes in Seattle. Amy did the rest of the work for us. She previewed dozens of homes for us before we arrived. While we were here, Amy patiently held "L"(5 months old at the time), shared her snacks with our 3 year old, "D," and worked her schedule around our children's naptime. That was just the proverbial tip of the iceberg as to how much Amy worked to make sure our experience was a rockin' one.
We put an offer on a house that week, left, and returned three months later with our moving vans. We depended on Amy to do everything for us in the interim. She met with inspectors, dug up permits in a downtown office, arranged to have our house painted, our windows unstuck, old furniture removed from the basement, our house cleaned?the list goes on. I could wax poetic forever about how hard she worked to make sure that when we arrived, our house would be completely ready to live in, the transition as smooth as possible.
I'm so happy I got to meet her family for a photo session and get a glimpse of the "real" Amy Queen, as she is with her family. Which (no big surprise), it turns out is exactly the same as she was with us. Funny, warm, and so smart...
